If I create and manage your website I use Microsoft Expressions Web and I "Park" the site on a server named "Godaddy.com"

You would need to supply me with:
The information you want to have in it
Specific photos (I have access to "stock" photos which I can use to optimize your site)
How many pages you would like and your choice of colors. It helps to go to other websites to see what style you like.

Your site will include

1. A Domain Name

2. Email or contact information

3. Calendars, Maps, Paypal, etc

The Server Fee, which is around $100 
There is a one time fee of $175 which includes:
Page setup and formatting, web, font, and link colors
A 3 page website. A domain mane. Email. Calendar. Maps to your location. Paypal if needed.
Additional pages cost $25. each.
Any photos that need to be formatted for the additional pages, will cost $2.50 each.
After the website is set up, approved by your, and published there is only a charge if you make any changes, add photos, information, etc. At that time I charge $2.50 per photo and $5.00 per page I edit.

PAYMENTS
$100 up front to pay for Server Fees and Domain Name
This is a fee that will need to be paid every year to the Server. I will pay the fee and bill you. You can expect the bill one month before it becomes due. I can also set it up so that your credit card is automatically charged to your site, if you want.
My Fee is $175 for 3 pages to be paid as follows:
Once the site is set up and ready to add content I will need a payment of $50. When the first three pages are complete I will require the final $125. You may make two payments of $62.50 each. Additional expenses, such as extra pages, uploading photos, etc, will be added to the final bill.

*If I edit a photo:( This applies mostly to artists) I will take your photo, sent via email or mailed to me, and I will size it, add the title, size, and price, and watermark it. 

IF you want and online store, depending on what you want, the cost increases by quite a lot, by as much as $400 and up. Adding Paypal to your site is less expensive and in some cases all someone needs. If you want a real online store, the cost can get up there.
